We are seeking an independent and experienced professional for a comprehensive technical audit of an e-commerce website built with WordPress and WooCommerce.

Audit Activities
- Analyze the entire technical structure of the website
- Investigate recurring crashes, slowness, errors, and instabilities
- Evaluate PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript codes
- Check the theme, plugins, and possible conflicts
- Analyze the database and identify performance issues
- Evaluate the configuration and operation of WooCommerce
- Audit product registration, cart, checkout, and order processing
- Verify integrations with payments, deliveries, and external systems
- Identify security vulnerabilities and risks
- Check website backup, update, and recovery routines
- Evaluate the technical quality and services performed by the current support
- Verify if there are unnecessary codes, plugins, or resources
- Present recommendations to improve website stability, security, and speed
Expected Delivery
A detailed technical report containing:
- Identified problems
- Possible causes
- Risk and severity level
- Priority order of corrections
- Technical recommendations
- Estimated time for corrections
- Indication of what needs to be corrected immediately
Requirements
- Proven experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Experience in auditing or diagnosing virtual stores
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly and objectively
- Presentation of portfolio, references, or similar works
Contract Model
