We are seeking an experienced WordPress & WooCommerce PHP Developer to manage, customize, and maintain a highly customized e-commerce platform. This role involves handling advanced workflows, managing numerous plugins, and resolving live production issues reliably without business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain core WordPress and WooCommerce functionality.
- Utilize custom PHP code, hooks, filters, and WooCommerce actions for advanced customization.
- Customize and troubleshoot plugins in a complex environment (30+ plugins).
- Resolve issues stemming from plugin/theme updates and ensure backward compatibility.
- Implement custom e-commerce features, including:
- Order status automation.
- Invoice and barcode integration.
- Custom checkout and admin workflows.
- Optimize website performance, security, and loading speed.
- Debug errors, analyze logs, and resolve server-related issues.
- Coordinate with the business team to implement new features and improvements.
- Ensure website stability, especially during high-order volumes.
