What We Expect From You
- At least two years of WordPress experience, ideally as a web designer or through managing your own WordPress website.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JS, with initial experience in reading and interpreting log files.
- Expertise in WordPress performance optimization is a significant plus.
- You identify as a "techie" and enjoy solving challenging technical problems.
- A passion for customer satisfaction and providing effective assistance.
- Experience with documentation and knowledge management; ideally, you have published technical documentation for customers.
- A strong passion for your work, beyond a traditional 9-to-5 role.
- Fluent German and good English skills.
Your Responsibilities
- Delight customers through chat support with rapid response times and expert assistance for technical and WordPress-related questions.
- Resolve complex technical problems, even when solutions are not immediately apparent.
- Create helpful articles to enhance customer self-service and support efficiency.
- Document solutions and share knowledge within the Support Team.
- Support our Engineering team by collecting, preparing, and relaying customer feedback and product ideas to improve product speed, security, and simplicity.
- Contribute to optimizing and automating processes within support and the Raidboxes Dashboard.
