Website Developer / Designer (WordPress & Oxygen Builder)

We are seeking a skilled Website Developer / Designer specializing in WordPress and Oxygen Builder to create high-performing, SEO-friendly websites. This remote role requires an independent problem solver who excels at clear communication and takes full ownership of project execution and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom WordPress websites utilizing the Oxygen Builder framework.
• Write clean, responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement and support website functionality using PHP.
• Apply comprehensive SEO best practices to site structure, on-page content, and overall performance.
• Contribute to website content writing and optimization efforts.
• Optimize page speed, user experience (UX), and Core Web Vitals.
• Efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve website issues.
• Manage tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communication using Monday.com.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise with WordPress and Oxygen Builder.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Demonstrated experience implementing SEO best practices.
• Experience in content writing and on-page optimization.
• Proficiency in managing workflow using Monday.com.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve complex problems.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency or multi-client development experience.
• Expertise in performance optimization and Core Web Vitals improvement.
• Basic experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) or UX strategy.
