Remote Work

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field (experience in a marketing agency is a plus).
- Proficiency in WordPress and Shopify CMS, with knowledge of Elementor, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce.
- Ability to be 100% autonomous in project management, including client interaction, development, quality assurance, and production/deployment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written French.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable integrating and developing with PHP/MySQL.
- Excellent skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) (asset).
- Knowledge of the SemRush tool (asset).
Responsibilities
Website Design and Development
- Integrate and develop websites using the WordPress CMS and e-commerce sites with WooCommerce and Shopify.
- Develop web pages using programming languages such as JavaScript and PHP.
- Implement effective natural referencing (SEO) practices on websites.
- Ensure best practices for deploying sites into production.
- Develop calls to external APIs to enhance website functionalities.
Client Evaluation and Management
- Elaborate personalized proposals for web projects, including solutions tailored to client requests and objectives.
- Act as the primary client contact for managing and resolving web hosting and/or bug issues, as well as for overseeing web projects.
Performance Optimization
- Improve usability and optimize website code.
- Utilize testing tools (Benchmark) to identify problems and implement necessary corrections.
- Analyze and optimize server configurations, install and configure cache modules, and optimize images to ensure maximum performance.
Security and Monitoring
- Configure, in collaboration with the IT team, monitoring tools for client websites.
- Perform regular updates of sites and modules to prevent problems and security vulnerabilities.
