Website Support Project Manager + Developer (Part-Time, Remote)

Kismet Creative Company seeks a highly organized and proactive Support Project Manager + Web Developer to join our fully remote team. This part-time role (15–20 hours per week) offers growth potential to full-time employment. While based in Jacksonville, FL, this is a work-from-anywhere position.

You will be an essential member of our development and support desk team, managing day-to-day help tickets and leading larger web projects. You will collaborate closely with our head developer and designers, ensuring project timelines are met and deliverables are executed efficiently.

Job Description

The Support Project Manager + Web Developer is an essential member of our development and support desk team, assisting with day-to-day help tickets and taking the lead on larger web projects. You’ll work closely with our head developer and designers, acting as project manager to ensure timelines are met and deliverables are executed.

Our work is fast-paced and contingent on the constantly evolving demands of our industry and client needs. We expect you to operate with mindfulness, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Experience in project management, customer service, working as a team player, working remotely, meeting deadlines, and managing their own schedule.

The Day-to-Day

• Provide daily support to the account team across a variety of projects.
• Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal communications.
• Daily check-in on client accounts.
• Open and close assigned support-related tickets within 24–48 hours.
• Collaborate with the team on creative solutions and problem-solving.
• Efficiently and meticulously log the time you spend on tickets and client communication.

Must-Haves

• Common availability weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm EST to accommodate internal and client meetings.
• Excited to understand new technologies and learn new skills in our industry.
• Eager, organized, and proactive.
• PHP development experience.
• Maintain open, transparent communication with both clients and the internal team.
• Reliable computer and internet access.
• Ability to work on a 9 am to 5 pm EST schedule.

Bonus Points if You Have...

• Experience using Zendesk and ClickUp.
