Web Services Intern: Specialized Technical Support (Electronic Invoicing)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Essential: Must be an active student in Systems Engineering or a related field (minimum one year remaining in studies).
  • Service Orientation: Genuine interest in working with people and resolving technical inquiries or incidents.
  • Schedule: Availability Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 14:30 hrs.
  • Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of .NET, Java, or PHP, and a strong understanding of web services (SOAP/REST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized support to clients, ensuring the correct usage of services and products.
  • Analyze and eliminate recurring technical issues that necessitate support contact.
  • Develop and update self-service resources, including documentation, libraries, and webinars.
  • Manage and track client requirements efficiently until full satisfaction is achieved.
  • Generate valuable data and insights to support strategic business decision-making.
  • Deeply understand client needs to proactively anticipate and implement necessary system adjustments.
  • Maintain continuous expertise in electronic invoicing regulations and processes.
  • Stay current with software development technologies and industry processes.
  • Identify specific client needs to recommend and strengthen product offerings.
  • Drive continuous improvement in customer service processes and efficiency.
