Requirements

- Schedule: Availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Hard Skills: Basic-intermediate knowledge of .NET, Java, or PHP, and understanding of web services (SOAP/REST).
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients for the correct use of services and products.
- Eliminate recurring situations that require contact with support.
- Generate content and update libraries, documentation, and webinars for self-service.
- Manage client requirements until satisfaction is achieved.
- Generate valuable information for corporate decision-making.
- Understand clients to anticipate adjustments that may impact them.
- Stay updated on electronic invoicing regulations.
- Stay current on software development technologies and processes.
- Identify client needs to strengthen products.
- Continuously improve customer service processes.
