Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues and create detailed bug reports, including approximately 1-2 hours of daily support.
- Develop WordPress plugins primarily using PHP.
- Solve complex problems with simple, effective solutions.
- Address bugs and client issues promptly.
- Test solutions across multiple browsers and platforms in a local environment.
- Provide technical support for MemberPress in our help desk for escalated tickets.
- Continuously learn and enhance programming language skills to deliver exceptional customer experience and contribute to plugin development.
- Contribute new ideas to foster business growth.
