Web Designer & Digital Experience Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a versatile expert capable of creating end-to-end digital experiences for our clients. While we expect some foundational experience, we are dedicated to accelerating your professional journey. This full-time, remote role requires strong technical and creative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Responsive HTML Development: Design and develop responsive HTML newsletters that function flawlessly across various email clients.
- CMS & Web Development: Design and develop high-quality websites, portals, and landing pages using WordPress (or other CMS platforms like Drupal or Sitecore). Ideal candidates have experience with Elementor Pro or similar page builders.
- UX/UI Design & Graphic Production: Apply creativity to produce elegant, intuitive designs focused on optimal user experience and usability. Utilize graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop. Experience in video editing, infographics, and banner creation is essential.
- SEO & Analytics Optimization: Conduct SEO analysis and optimization. Utilize analytics tools (minimum Google Analytics) to identify target audiences, ensure content discoverability, and analyze usage patterns to boost engagement. Knowledge of GEO/AEO is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HTML and CSS. Experience with Javascript, SQL, and PHP/nodeJS is highly beneficial.
- Organizational & Client Management: Demonstrate a high sense of organization, strong ability to interpret client needs, and flexibility to manage and execute multiple distinct tasks in parallel.
Bonus Qualifications (A Plus)
- Experience operating and automating digital marketing systems (e.g., Mailchimp, Tag Manager).
- Ability to manage shared hosting environments (Siteground, CPanel, WordPress, DNS, Email) to ensure secure, performant, 24/7 operation.
- Proficiency in English for business and technical conversations, learning from English content, and client/partner communication.
- Commitment to evolving skills, staying current with new trends and technologies, and automating repetitive tasks.
