YOUR TASKS:

• Develop TYPO3 Projects: Develop and maintain modern TYPO3 websites and platforms, from individual frontends to extensions and integrations.
• Further Develop Existing Systems: Improve architecture, performance, and code quality, continuously evolving existing client platforms.
• Implement UI/UX Cleanly: Responsively, performantly, and technically implement designs, collaborating closely with design and project management.
• Provide Technical Consulting: Evaluate requirements, contribute your experience, and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Utilize AI Effectively: Use modern AI tools for development, analysis, testing, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Automate Workflows: Identify recurring tasks and develop solutions with scripts, APIs, automation, or AI agents.

WHAT YOU BRING:

You are proficient in:

• TYPO3
• JavaScript
• PHP
• HTML and modern CSS
• SQL
• Git
• Terminal and modern development environments

Experience with TYPO3 Extensions, APIs, interfaces, or modern JavaScript frameworks is a plus.

Above all, your working style is important to us: self-reliant, structured, solution-oriented, and with a focus on the project, user, and client.

AI-NATIVE WORKING:

We do not expect you to be an AI expert. However, we do expect you to actively use modern AI tools or be willing to learn them very quickly.

This includes, for example:

• Effectively using coding assistants and LLMs
• Analyzing, refactoring, or documenting code
• Creating tests more efficiently
• Preparing concepts and alternative solutions with AI
• Automating repetitive tasks
• Developing small tools, scripts, or agents
• Critically reviewing AI results
• Trying out new tools and workflows and bringing them to the team

You should not only ask: “How do I solve this task?”

But also: “How can I solve this task better with today's possibilities?”

AI supports our developers.

It replaces neither technical understanding nor quality standards and responsibility.
