Responsibilities:
- Execute manual tests on web systems (functional and regression)
- Prepare and maintain test cases and test scripts
- Identify, document, and track bugs
- Support the development team in validating fixes
- Participate in requirements gathering with a focus on quality
- Assist in creating test scenarios
- Validate integrations between systems (APIs, database, etc.)
- Support the improvement of QA processes
Work modality: Home Office
Expected stages in the selection process:
- Resume analysis;
- Competency-based interview with the Area Manager and HR.
All stages of the selection process are both eliminatory and classificatory. This means that only candidates approved in the previous phase will be invited to the next stage.
Requirements:
Higher education in progress or completed in: Information Systems, Computer Science, Analysis and Systems Development, or related fields
Requirements and Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of Software Testing (functional, regression, etc.)
- Notions of Databases (basic SQL)
- Programming logic
Competencies:
- Good analytical capacity and attention to detail
- Organization and proactivity
- Excellent interpersonal communication
- Focus on quality and continuous improvement
Differentiators:
- Knowledge of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Insomnia)
- Notions of test automation
- Experience with web systems (PHP, Laravel, React, etc.)
