About the Role: Tech Manager
The Tech Manager serves as the bridge between product and technical delivery, focusing on project monitoring and ensuring the necessary robustness for scalability, stability, and security to support thousands of clients navigating our platforms. The primary mission is to ensure technical actions align with global strategies, guaranteeing optimal decisions regarding systems and infrastructure architecture.
Responsibilities also include sizing team needs, identifying and removing impediments outside the team's scope, and ensuring visibility both within and outside the Squad. This role involves the day-to-day management of Squad developers, covering areas such as time management, vacations, engagement, team climate, daily support, and situational feedback.
Required Skills & Experience

- Solid experience with PHP (Laravel/HyperF).

- Knowledge of CI/CD and test automation.
- Microservices and Containers.
- Experience in a large scale environment.
- Tactical vision and ability to observe and optimize team operation.
- Experience leading technical teams, including managing people and processes.
- Experience in technical leadership and people management.
- Knowledge of management and visibility tools.
- Experience with agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum).
- Experience in Microservices Observability.
