Job Responsibility
- Provide technical support, consulting, and best practices for post-integration issues, collaborating with developers, merchants, and internal teams. Manage external customer inquiries via tickets and internal customer requests based on priority.
- Conduct test scenarios to diagnose technical issues across code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints.
- Install and configure test environments, payment APIs, and e-commerce products.
- Communicate technical issues effectively to customers and internal departments.
- Identify and report irregularities in product functionality and unexpected service behaviors.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including sample code, log searching guides, and FAQs for customer distribution.
- Coordinate internal teams to resolve urgent customer technical issues, including crisis management situations.
Requirement
Skills And Experience You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in programming, technical support, implementation, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, ensuring clear and appropriate communication with internal teams and customers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and manage detailed ticket handling, effectively addressing multiple urgent issues concurrently.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to effectively communicate with development teams.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and products.
- Experience in the e-commerce, payment, or fintech industry is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, PHP, C#, JavaScript, or shell scripting.
- Familiarity with Web Technologies, HTTP, and HTTPS.
- Experience with REST, JSON, and SOAP.
- Experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with Logstash, Kibana, and Graylog.
- Familiarity with AliCloud and Google Cloud is a plus.
Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
