Responsibilities and Duties
As a Technical Consulting Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Support: Responding to simple inquiries via chat or ticket, guiding clients on problem resolution and rejections, and promoting self-sufficiency for future issues.
- Scenario Simulation: Assisting in reproducing real-world scenarios and problems to understand and resolve client challenges effectively.
- Suggesting Improvements: Identifying optimization opportunities and submitting suggestions for enhancements or corrections to the Product team.
- Documentation Collaboration: Contributing to the identification and improvement of support materials and technical documentation, making our products more user-friendly and intuitive.
- Testing and Validation: Supporting the validation of new features and corrections in collaboration with the development team.
- Practical Content Creation: Developing clear and concise demonstrations of our products to facilitate client integration and deployment.

Requirements and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Currently pursuing higher education in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- A strong interest in technical support and helping individuals solve technology-related problems.
- Basic understanding of programming logic and APIs (even theoretical knowledge).
What Sets You Apart (Differentiators)
- Participation in practical university projects, such as scientific research, integrated projects, or hackathons.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Postman, Zendesk, or similar.
- Familiarity with Electronic Tax Documents (e.g., NFe, NFCe, MDFe), even if theoretical.
- Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., Delphi, PHP, VB6, C#).

About This Opportunity
This is an Internship position with a 30-hour work week, 6 hours daily, Monday through Friday, under a CIEE agreement.
