Responsibilities and attributions
- Learn and gain practical and theoretical experience in Technical Consulting.
- Support low-complexity client requests (Chat, ticket), teaching solutions to presented rejections to enable client autonomy.
- Assist in simulating client problems and scenarios.
- Create requests for improvements and corrections for the Product Owner (PO).
- Support the creation or identification of necessary improvements in support documentation and/or products to reduce client reliance on direct support.
- Assist in validations and tests as needed to support development.
- Prepare demonstrations of our products to facilitate client integration, optimize production entry, and enhance product understanding.

Requirements and qualifications
To perform daily activities, you will need:
- To be pursuing a degree in the IT area.
What would be a differential:
- Enjoy working with customer service.
- Basic knowledge in a programming language (PHP, Java, C#, Delphi, C++, Node).
- Basic knowledge in databases (select, join, count, sum) - (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).

This is an Internship opportunity with a 30-hour weekly workload.
