Role Overview
As CEO & Technical Co-Founder, you will:
Leadership & Vision
- Serve as public face and strategic leader.
- Shape platform direction and growth strategy.
- Define long-term scalability and ecosystem design.
- Guide brand, narrative, and cultural positioning.
Technical Architecture
- Design and oversee platform infrastructure.
- Define system architecture and privacy framework.
- Implement secure access and tokenized sharing systems.
- Ensure scalability and performance from early builds.
Product Development
- Lead MVP development and iteration.
- Establish development workflows and version control.
- Prioritize features aligned with user behavior and adoption.
- Build for stability, not feature bloat.
Growth & Community Infrastructure
- Support the transition from niche audience to platform users.
- Build tools that empower communities rather than control them.
- Ensure platform trust, security, and longevity.
Required Technical Background
You do not need to know everything, but you must be able to build, lead, and architect.
Core:
- Linux environment & server management.
- Bash / command line proficiency.
- PHP (or strong backend language experience).
- Git & version control workflows.
- API architecture & secure authentication systems.
- Database design (PostgreSQL or MySQL).
- Scalable backend architecture.
Strong Plus:
- Codex / CLI workflow experience.
- Privacy-first system design.
- Containerization & deployment workflows.
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar).
- Frontend frameworks & responsive UI systems.
