Job Description
Develop and maintain software functionalities that add value to the product, ensuring customer satisfaction within the area of operation.
Responsibilities and Attributions
- Develop and maintain modules on the platform.
- Design scalable, secure, and easily maintainable solutions.
- Identify points for performance improvement.
- Apply good practices aligned with the team in development (creating coherent code aligned with Clean Code; developing with a focus on security, patterns, CI/CD, automation, etc.).
- Development and application of automated tests.
- Participate in and assist the business refinement process with the product manager and the engineering team.
- Participate in and assist the technical refinement process with the squad and the tech lead.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing technical knowledge and good practices.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer to other developers.
- Perform development estimates, starting from functional or technical scopes to provision inputs for activities.
- Provide technical assistance to development and/or support teams in situations where source code analysis or failure analysis without simulation is necessary.
- Active participation in other team rituals (daily, retro, planning, check-in…).
Requirements and Qualifications
- Solid experience in web development of scalable solutions.
- Senior professional, capable of executing activities of Medium/High complexity, ensuring code quality and accuracy of hours worked vs. estimated.
- Knowledge of software testing.
- Knowledge of software architecture and good development practices.
- Clear communication skills, proactivity, autonomy, and a technical leadership profile.
- Critical, analytical, and systemic thinking, with a strategic and scalable vision.
- Experience in development with PHP.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in development with VueJs.
- Experience working with agile methodology.
- Recommended knowledge in technologies: Git and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of MySQL database.
- Experience with high-volume data systems.
- Experience with automated tests (unit, integration, and/or acceptance).
- Experience in technology teams.
- Experience in SaaS projects.
- Knowledge in the use of AI for:
- Development process.
- Process automation.
- Document analysis.
- Internal assistants.
- Ability to identify opportunities for practical application of AI agents in daily activities.
