Responsibilities and assignments

Your mission as a Tech Lead will be:

• Technically lead the squad and raise the team's level.
• Define standards, architecture, and best practices.
• Evolve legacy systems to more modern architectures.
• Ensure quality, performance, and security.
• Work closely with Product and stakeholders in strategic decision-making.
