About the Opportunity:
Lead the development and evolution of a high-volume platform that processes approximately 7 million requests per day, with peaks of up to 2,000 req/min, and integrations with partners such as Skyscanner, Google Flights, Kayak, and Decolar.
Context and Challenges:
Environment with a PHP monolith in production running at real scale. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading technical decisions, guiding the team in deliveries, and being a key player in modernizing the architecture, including the integration of new REST adapters over a consolidated SOAP/XML base.
Expected Profile:
- Hands-on and self-managed
- Technical vision to make decisions and guide the team
- No fear of legacy code
- Daily use of Artificial Intelligence (as a work tool to accelerate development, automate processes, or support the team)
Differential: Previous experience in travel agencies or travel industry platforms.
