About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a Tech Lead to technically lead one of our engineering teams, ensuring the continuous evolution of our platform with quality, scalability, and high performance. This professional will act as a technical and management reference for the team, being responsible for directing architecture, development best practices, and strategic decisions, in addition to supporting the growth of developers and collaborating closely with Product, Design, and business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technically lead the engineering team, guiding architectural decisions and development best practices;
- Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of the developed solutions;
- Act hands-on in development, code review, and definition of standards;
- Lead and support the team in the delivery of projects and product evolutions;
- Work together with Product and Design in the definition of viable and efficient technical solutions;
- Promote continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and practices;
- Ensure observability, reliability, and security of applications;
- Support the technical development of the team through mentoring, feedback, and pair programming;
- Act in the resolution of complex problems and critical incidents;
- Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture (monolith, microservices, integrations, etc.);
Be an agent for disseminating development best practices using AI (Artificial Intelligence).
Requirements:
- Completed higher education in areas such as Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Solid experience in software development (preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, PHP, and Laravel);
- Experience with system architecture definition and best practices (Clean Architecture, SOLID, etc.);
- Experience with distributed environments, REST APIs, and integrations;
- Experience with cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
- Experience with relational databases;
- Previous experience technically leading teams or projects;
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and observability.
