Key Activities
Customer Service & Support
- Provide technical support and problem resolution to clients via chat or telephone.
Systems Development
- Participate in the development and maintenance of systems using Laravel and Vue JS.
- Collaborate on implementing development and coding best practices.
Systems Implementation
- Assist in system deployment for clients, including installation, configuration, and user training.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity for rapid learning and adaptation.
- Proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, and REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Vue JS 2.
- Familiarity with Docker.
