Responsibilities
- Create and develop high-quality financial solutions, including web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on user experience.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary product team to build solutions that translate company strategy into product functionality.
- Utilize investigative skills to evaluate solutions, assess impacts and risks, and estimate development efforts.
- Identify and propose new services for development.
- Monitor products in production and resolve issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving and reaction capabilities.
- Assist the Quality Analyst in developing and implementing the Q&A strategy.
- Share knowledge with team members to foster group evolution and continuous improvement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Solid knowledge in systems analysis, architecture, and development.
- Strong proficiency with:
- MVC Architecture Pattern
- Relational Database Modeling
- Backend Language PHP (Laravel/Slim Frameworks)
- Backend Language Node.js (Nest.js Framework)
- MySQL/Postgres Databases
- Basic FrontEnd knowledge – HTML, CSS, and Javascript (Jquery)
- Git/GitFlow
- Docker
- Experience or interest in developing financial solutions, especially those focused on collections.
- Self-taught and capable of working autonomously – "Don't just wait for orders, tell us what we should do too."
- Ability to work effectively in horizontal and multidisciplinary teams.
