Proven experience in managing environments with the mentioned technologies, troubleshooting, and performing improvements.
Support systems, network, and server architecture. Perform monitoring of tickets and optimization of processes. Follow security updates, perform troubleshooting, manage IT assets, and participate in continuous improvement projects interacting with suppliers to maintain operational efficiency and information security. Participate in infrastructure deployment stages, ensuring compliance and successful implementations. When necessary, monitor infrastructure activities in person, ensuring the execution of tasks and projects with precision and within the schedule.
