Responsibilities and Attributions
Your Daily Routine:
- Provide first-level support for incidents.
- Respond to and resolve requests from clients and internal teams.
- Open Problem Records (PRBs) for relevant teams.
- Execute planned changes to ensure system stability.
- Monitor events to proactively anticipate potential environmental incidents.
- Enhance and maintain team documentation.
- Offer support to customer service teams.
Requirements and Qualifications
To Excel in This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience with server technologies such as Apache, Varnish, Nginx, and PHP-FPM.
- Knowledge of Windows web servers (IIS).
- Familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with backup tools.
- Understanding of virtualization concepts.
- Proficiency in load balancing practices and monitoring tools like Zabbix and Grafana.
- Strong analytical skills to identify recurring incidents and determine root causes.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, specifically Gemini.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
- Availability to work 24/7, including weekends and overnight shifts.
Even Better If You Have:
- Ability to foster collaboration among internal teams.
- Knowledge of K8S clusters.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Capability to engage with various hierarchical levels and professional profiles, building strategic alliances through influence.
- A completed higher education degree in a related field.
