What we value

• At least 4 years of experience as a System Lead or in a similar position in digital identity and access management projects:
• Experience in leading CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) projects, managing authentication, authorization, and user identity lifecycle.
• Technical knowledge in PHP, JavaScript, ReactJS, as well as in containerization and deployment environments with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience in integration and automation tools such as Jenkins, as well as in agile management with Jira, Agile, and Scrum.
• Solid knowledge of identity standards such as OAuth 2.1 and OpenID Connect.
• High level of English (C1).
• Experience in coordinating technical teams and working with stakeholders.
• Leadership ability, autonomy, proactivity, and a problem-solving mindset, along with effective communication skills.

What would your functions be?

• CIAM Project Leadership: Lead a strategic identity and access management project, ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of the solution.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate the technical team (developers) in collaboration with the Scrum Master, ensuring the correct execution of tasks and the delivery of value.
• Technical Development: Lead and actively participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions related to authentication, authorization, and identity management.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact with internal stakeholders and international providers, ensuring fluid and effective communication.
• Agile Methodologies: Act as Scrum Master, ensuring compliance with Agile practices and facilitating continuous delivery.
• Analysis and Technical Feasibility: Evaluate the feasibility of new initiatives, including migrations and architectural improvements.
• Incident and Security Management: Supervise incidents, detect security vulnerabilities, and define remediation plans, also participating in audits.
• Documentation: Keep technical and functional documentation updated in tools such as ServiceNow.

Additionally, we will highly value if you have experience and/or knowledge in:

• Complementary tools and technologies such as HELM, Auth0, and Git.
• Databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience in cloud environments and modern microservices-based architectures.
• Experience in managing technological migrations and system modernization.
