Responsibilities:
- Analysis of client's business processes and requirements,
- Preparation of system concepts for client requirements,
- Creation and maintenance of analytical and system documentation,
- Close cooperation with the Client and the development team,
- Preparation of the substantive scope in offers for clients,
- Supporting team members during project tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business process and requirements analysis,
- Knowledge of IT solution analysis and design,
- Understanding and modeling business processes using BPMN and UML,
- Analytical thinking skills and creativity in problem-solving,
- Knowledge of tools supporting analysis and modeling (e.g., Enterprise Architect),
- Ability to create analytical documentation (business and system),
- Knowledge of techniques and best practices in requirements analysis,
- Ability to design and prototype user interfaces,
- Ability to estimate own work,
- Communication skills, assertiveness, self-organization, and ability to work in a team,
- Knowledge of MS Office suite,
- Higher education in computer science or related field,
- Knowledge of English enabling understanding of documentation.
