The Software Engineering team is responsible for implementing product priorities through technology and innovation, developing and sustaining solutions that maximize our partners' results. Are you ready to build your future with us?

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop complex, scalable systems: Evaluate architecture, define technical standards, establish best engineering practices, and apply best software development principles with sound design.
• Develop clean, efficient, scalable, readable, and maintainable code for interfaces.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams: Act as a facilitator for innovative solutions and bring your vision and experience to the development team.
• Collaborate closely with other leaders: Influence technical strategy and business decisions, ensuring technological alignment and excellence across all projects. Support the creative processes of our platform by advising on the technical feasibility of new features and interfaces.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with Vue.js 2.x and 3.x.
• Experience with Vuex and Pinia.
• Experience with Webpack.
• Experience with frontend testing.
• Experience optimizing frontend routine performance.
• Experience delivering applications to production.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Pair-Programming.
• Proficiency with Git and Gitflow.
• Proficiency with Docker.
• Understanding of architectures and design patterns for code maintenance and scalability.
• Adherence to best software development practices (SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, DRY, KISS, YAGNI).
