Work Model

Hybrid in Curitiba or São Paulo / Remote for other regions of Brazil.

Key Responsibilities

Activities you will lead:

• High-Scale System Design and Evolution (EDA): You will build and execute event-driven architecture solutions. Your role will be to ensure that data flow via Messaging (Kafka and similar) is resilient, performant, and capable of supporting the growth of seller transaction volumes, eliminating bottlenecks and ensuring true decoupling between microservices.
• Polyglot Engineering and Technical Standardization: You will lead the selection and implementation of the best technologies for each challenge, expertly navigating between Go and Node. Beyond coding, you will propose Architecture patterns (DDD, Clean Arch, CQRS, etc.) that will serve as a reference for development teams, ensuring high-quality and easily maintainable code.
• Platform Strategy and Observability (AWS & Containers): You will lead the modernization of our business-applied infrastructure, utilizing Containers and AWS services. Your mission will be to ensure that the system not only functions but is also observable, anticipating problems and guaranteeing an uninterrupted user journey.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Go (Golang) Proficiency: Solid experience with the language in high-performance environments.
• Messaging and Events: Practical experience with Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) concepts.
• AWS Experience: Knowledge of services such as S3, EC2, ECS, CodePipeline, and key ecosystem tools.
• Software Engineering: Daily application of best practices like TDD, DDD, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Databases: Experience with MySQL and similar relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Node.js or PHP.
• Experience with React (Fullstack profile).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps culture.
