The Sourcing Consultant, Technology Recruitment is an open-ended contract role. This position provides talent sourcing support and addresses ongoing recruiting needs for technical and data positions across all Guidepoint locations. You will be responsible for direct sourcing of candidates for open Engineering, Data, and AI roles in the US and Toronto.
This position directly reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology located in New York.
All consultants are expected to meet the following KPIs each month:
- Source Candidates That Lead Towards AI Engineer Hires
- Candidates Sourced and Outreach: 200 Per Week
- Maintaining a 20%+ LinkedIn Response Rate
- Conduct 10+ Introductory Calls Per Week
- Candidate Conversion from TA Interview to Hiring Manager Interview: 75%
What We Expect:
- Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings.
- Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, including managing projects and creating sophisticated search parameters.
- Experience sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience sourcing in a fast-paced environment for hard-to-fill Engineering roles.
- Strong acumen and understanding of PHP Engineering, .Net, DevOps, and similar tech stacks.
- Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency.
- Must be flexible and have the ability to work independently.
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).
The hourly rate for this position is $30-$45 per hour and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.
