The Solutions Engineer role has the mission of being the technical bridge between our CRM/ERP solutions and the success of our clients (real estate agencies and brokers). You will work at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering, focusing on solutions that solve technical and business problems for the client. You will have the autonomy to design integration architectures, code improvements and fixes directly into our core via Inner Source, and influence the official product roadmap.
Os desafios que você vai encontrar:
- Act as a technical consultant in complex negotiations, designing integration architectures between the Loft ecosystem and client systems;
- Identify improvement opportunities and submit Pull Requests (PRs) to Product/Engineering teams, enhancing our APIs, Webhooks, and modules;
- Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and functional prototypes to demonstrate the technical value of our solution in real client scenarios;
- Translate technical business needs into engineering requirements, influencing the Roadmap based on real implementation data;
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, acting as the bridge between client feedback and product evolution;
- Create documentation, integration guides, and SDKs that facilitate development by our clients;
- Work with technologies such as Kotlin, PHP, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Kafka and BigQuery;
O que você precisa para virar a chave?
- Solid experience with software development and an engineering mindset;
- Mastery of integrations, with experience in APIs RESTful, authentication protocols (OAuth2, API Keys) and JSON/XML manipulation;
- Product mindset to distinguish point solutions from sustainable features;
- Consultative communication skills to dialogue with different levels of stakeholders, from technical to executive;
- Understanding of CRM/ERP business flows (sales funnel, inventory management, billing);
- Previous experience with Inner Source or contributions to Open Source projects is a plus;
- Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and microservices architecture is a plus;
- Experience in the real estate market or PropTechs is a plus;
