Position: Solution Architect cum Project Manager
Location: Mid Valley City, KL (Remote/ Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable system architecture
- Design end-to-end technical solutions (frontend, backend, API, database, infrastructure)
- Define system integration strategy (3rd party APIs, payment gateways, etc.)
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security
- Produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple software projects
- Define scope, timeline, and resources; track progress and risks
- Conduct sprint planning, standups, and stakeholder updates
- Align business, tech teams, and external stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and review system design/code
- Act as main technical contact for clients; translate technical concepts
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and maintainability
- Drive continuous improvement in workflows and architecture
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- 5–10+ years in software development (full stack or backend preferred)
- Proven experience as Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Project Manager
- Experience with large-scale or high-traffic systems (advantage)
Technical:
- React.js / Vue.js, Node.js / Java / PHP (Laravel), MySQL/ PostgreSQL
- API design (RESTful / microservices), cloud (AWS preferred)
- Scalability, performance optimization, DevOps, CI/CD
- Agile/Scrum experience; Jira/Notion proficiency
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership skills
Nice to have:
- CRM/ERP/Fintech/iGaming, high TPS systems, AI integration, PMP/Scrum cert
Must be able to work under minimal supervision; occasional out-of-hours support for critical releases may be required
Remuneration packages:
- Basic: RM 10,000 – RM 20,000/month (adjust based on location/experience) (No Limit but must be skillful)
- Allowances: Travel / communication allowance
- Performance bonus, medical benefits, EPF/SOCSO/EIS
- No incentives/commissions
Working Days: 5 days work week
Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am to 6pm)
Pay: Up to RM20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mid Valley City
