As a Solution Architect, you will be a key member of a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development.

This is a 100% remote position. We welcome candidates from all regions of Brazil.

Responsibilities and Attributions

In this role, you will drive critical processes, including:

• Drive the process of improving the quality of developed solutions and foster innovation.
• Develop and document solution architecture, including technology selection, patterns, structures, and creating models/diagrams (C4 Model approach) to represent components, relationships, and data flows.
• Plan and supervise system and application integration, ensuring interoperability, cohesion, and adherence to security and compliance best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring correct architectural implementation and promoting project quality and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with teams, presenting proposals, progress updates, and results, providing technical depth, and resolving problems as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological developments to enhance solutions and promote continuous innovation.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be a perfect match, you should possess:

• Complete higher education in Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions architecture.
• Software Architecture Expertise: Deep understanding of architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, monoliths) and design principles (Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD - Domain Driven Design).
• Knowledge of API conception, construction, and governance best practices (API First, Contract First, API Gateway, etc.).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with application infrastructure and cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS and associated services).
• Knowledge of popular programming languages (e.g., Java, PHP, C#) and frameworks (Spring, Laravel, .NET).
• Knowledge of front-end development using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Information Security: Knowledge of encryption, authentication, authorization, and general security practices.
• Systems Integration: Understanding of integrating systems via APIs, file exchange, web services, and messaging (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, GCP Pub/Sub, Azure Service Bus, etc.).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes as a service solutions (GKE, EKS, and AKS).
• Experience with observability tools (DataDog, NewRelic, Zabbix, Prometheus/Grafana, etc.).
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).
• Strong analytical capacity and systemic vision to anticipate risks and propose sustainable solutions.
