Software Developer (m/f/d) PHP / Go (Reference 2026-02)

Do you want to develop software solutions that inspire both administration and citizens? You will significantly shape the future of administrative digitalization—from individual contract developments to innovative integration solutions. You will successfully achieve project goals using agile methods and high IT security standards.

Key Responsibilities

In an agile environment, you will collaborate with the team to develop customer and project-oriented solutions.

  • Conceptualize and program modern software solutions using PHP and/or Go.
  • Develop responsive web applications utilizing current technologies.
  • Actively shape development processes and contribute your ideas.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed degree (e.g., Computer Science), completed training as an IT Specialist for Application Development, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience with object-oriented PHP, Symfony 5/6, and/or Go, along with the willingness to continuously develop expertise in these areas.
  • Enjoy flexible and mobile working—whether from home or during our weekly office meetups.
  • Basic knowledge of and interest in Web Security.
  • Team player, solution-oriented, and motivated to improve our software through new ideas and foresight.
  • Very good German language skills and a structured working approach.

Ideal Qualifications (Bonus)

  • Knowledge of various databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer), SQL, and containerization solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
