What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain full-stack in-house web applications and ecommerce solutions using PHP, HTML, JavaScript (like jQuery or Vanilla) and CSS (like Bootstrap or custom CSS/SCSS), following best practices and coding standards.
• Design and develop efficient database schemas for web applications using MySQL/MariaDB, implementing database security measures, data encryption and creating optimized SQL queries, views, stored procedures and triggers to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Docker to ensure consistent and scalable deployment of applications.
• Work with version control systems (Git) to manage code repositories, facilitate collaboration and track changes.
• Integrate third-party APIs, such as cloud storage, e-commerce or ERP web services to integrate functionalities and enhance application features.
• Implement responsive and user-friendly UI designs, optimizing speed / performance to improve client satisfaction.
• Proficient in leveraging composer/node.js/npm/gulp for effective dependency management and automation task running, enhancing the development workflow.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, using debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems in the code.
• Manage developer teams using Agile methodologies, overseeing Agile ceremonies and actively contributing to the implementation of projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, create wireframes and translate them into functional web applications.

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Between 3 to 5 years of previous experience in similar positions;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Agile tools such as Devops, Jira, Confluence;
• Fluency in English;
• Knowledge of both backend and frontend web development technologies such as PHP, RESTful APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, SCSS and Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of databases as MYSQL or MariaDB; and tools such as Git, CI/CD or Docker.
