Software Developer

Job Title: Contract Full Stack Developer (Healthcare IT – EMR & Patient Platforms)
Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
Job Type: Contract (1099)

Overview

We are seeking a Contract Full Stack Developer to support two healthcare platforms: an EMR system and a patient communication platform. Candidates may have experience in one or both areas.

Project 1: Polaris EMR (PHP / MySQL / Azure)

• Scheduling & calendar (patient management)
• Clinical charting
• Billing & revenue cycle

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EMR features
• Build APIs and backend services
• Support Azure/Kubernetes deployment

Preferred

• EMR/EHR or healthcare IT experience strongly preferred
• Billing workflow experience
• HIPAA familiarity

Project 2: CCM Patient Connect (C# / .NET / Azure)

Modules include eCommunicator (SMS, reminders, forms) and future modules (eCheck-in, eBilling, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Develop communication modules and integrations
• Build APIs and backend services
• Work with SMS/phone integrations

Preferred

• Healthcare or EMR integration experience
• Experience with messaging/telephony APIs
• HIPAA familiarity

Core Requirements

• Strong experience in PHP/MySQL and/or C#/.NET
• Experience with Microsoft Azure (Kubernetes a plus)
• API development and system integration
• Ability to work independently as a contractor
