IDENTsmart is seeking a remote Freelancer or Working Student for 5-10 hours per week to support its Cloud-SaaS personnel management and time recording system. The role requires basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue, alongside foundational backend experience in Node.js, PHP, or Java. Candidates will work under the guidance of Lead Developers and Architects within an international team, focusing on tasks involving HTTP and REST interfaces.

Since its founding in 2017, the Identsmart Team has operated in online environments across multiple locations in Austria, Germany, and Canada.
We have developed one of the most modern Cloud-SaaS based Personnel Management and Time Recording Systems, available at https://timerecording.com/. We are seeking competent individuals to support our continued expansion.
Your tasks:
- Work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week from your home office.
- Complete tasks in consultation with our Lead Developers and Software Architects.
- Engage in an open communication culture with significant autonomy, supported by clear weekly objectives and regular team meetings via phone/video conferences.
- Join an international engineering team where both English and German are used for communication.
Your qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Basic knowledge of a frontend framework (preferably Angular, React, or Vue).
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies (preferably NodeJS, PHP, Java, or comparable).
- Experience with HTTP and REST.
Nice to have:
- Experience with databases (preferably PostgreSQL or comparable).
- Experience with Docker or cloud services (preferably Google Cloud or comparable).
- Experience with TypeScript.
