Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Senior Web Developer to take ownership of our digital infrastructure, performance, user experience, and technical reliability. This role is not a basic build-and-maintain position — we require a developer capable of architecting, optimizing, and safeguarding a high-performance web ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines technical mastery, performance obsession, and product-level thinking, with the ability to translate business objectives into stable, scalable, and elegant web solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Web Architecture & Development
- Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable web applications
- Own front-end and back-end performance, structure, and logic
- Implement clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Develop modular, reusable, and future-proof components
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize page speed, Core Web Vitals, and load behavior
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Minimize script overhead and rendering issues
- Implement caching, lazy loading, and resource strategies
- Continuously improve conversion-critical flows
UX & Functional Integrity
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams
- Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Safeguard user journeys and interaction logic
- Maintain visual precision and behavioral consistency
- Proactively identify usability issues
Integrations & Systems Reliability
- Implement and maintain third-party integrations (APIs, CRM, payments, analytics)
- Ensure stability of booking, tracking, and data flows
- Diagnose workflow, tracking, and script conflicts
- Maintain secure data handling practices
- Prevent system regressions and failures
Security & Technical Risk Management
- Apply best practices for web security and data protection
- Identify vulnerabilities and technical risks
- Maintain secure authentication and permissions
- Ensure compliance-friendly implementations
- Protect site stability and uptime
Technical Ownership & Governance
- Maintain structured documentation and version control
- Establish coding and deployment standards
- Implement testing and rollback safeguards
- Provide technical recommendations aligned with business growth
- Act as technical authority on web decisions
Required Expertise
We are explicitly seeking advanced-level capability, not entry-level skills. Candidates should demonstrate strong proficiency in:
- Modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Front-end frameworks (React / Vue / similar)
- Responsive & adaptive design systems
- Performance optimization techniques
- API & third-party integrations
- Debugging complex web behavior
- Version control (Git or equivalent)
Back-end experience highly valued:
- Node.js / Python / PHP / similar
- Database interactions
- Hosting & deployment environments
