Responsibilities and Attributions
As a Systems Developer, you will play a fundamental role in the construction and evolution of our internal systems. We expect you to:
- Support leadership in defining and detailing tasks for software development projects.
- Actively contribute to the architecture and design of medium-complexity systems.
- Develop and maintain more complex functionalities in internal applications.
- Participate in all stages of development projects, from conception to delivery.
- Identify and propose technical solutions aligned with project objectives.
- Resolve complex technical problems in specific systems.
- Promote clear and effective communication between the development team and internal clients.
- Encourage and support the use of good software engineering practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and code review.
- Continuously learn and apply good programming practices and software design.
- Support and mentor junior developers in their daily activities.
- Understand Unifique's business processes and objectives to propose more effective and aligned technical solutions.
Desired Experience and Knowledge
- Previous experience in systems development, especially in corporate environments.
- Experience with medium-complexity projects and active participation in all phases of the development cycle.
- Knowledge of good development practices, such as code versioning, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Good interpersonal communication and ability to interact with different areas of the company.
- Desirable: Experience with object orientation, software architecture, and design patterns.
- Desirable: Prior knowledge of the telecommunications sector (a differential).
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Technical Knowledge
- Experience developing with Node.js and PHP.
- Solid experience in developing Back-End functionalities.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Knowledge of RESTful API standards.
- Familiarity with Git and version control tools.
- Basic knowledge of Docker container manipulation.
Academic Background
Completed or ongoing higher education in Information Technology fields, such as:
- Systems Analysis and Development
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Information Systems, among others.
Additional Information
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
