Responsibilities (Impact and Collaboration)
Governance and Strategy
- Maintain a functional and current reference architecture.
- Develop a unified vision for software functions to ensure high availability and scalability.
Leadership and Mentorship
- Support and mentor junior development teams.
- Ensure the application of best practices in design and coding (SOLID, Clean Architecture).
Innovation and Research
- Lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., Serverless) and transform trends into practical solutions.
Knowledge Culture
- Produce technical content, guides, and templates to strengthen the knowledge base and standardize deliverables.
Integration and Communication
- Translate complex concepts into clear guidelines.
- Guide the adoption of new technologies introduced through external partnerships.
Technical Expertise
Development and Architecture
- Solid experience in Java (Spring Boot) and/or PHP (Laravel), focusing on performance and security (OWASP).
- Mastery of Clean Architecture, SOLID, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with Microservices, monolith decomposition, and high-availability systems.
Frontend and Mobile Ecosystem
- Complete mastery of SPAs (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Hybrid mobile development using Ionic.
Data and Integration
- Expertise in relational databases (Oracle with PL/SQL and MySQL focusing on tuning) and non-relational databases.
- Implement robust integration solutions via API Gateway and ESB.
DevOps, Cloud, and Quality
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes (K8s), and orchestration tools like Rancher or OpenShift.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, static code analysis (Sonar), and version control (GIT/SVN).
- Culture of test automation: unit, integration, and load testing (Jasmine, Karma, etc.).
- Familiarity with messaging and queue concepts (RabbitMQ).
- Knowledge of observability tools (OpenTelemetry).
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Systems Architecture.
- Education: Completed degree in IT (or a degree in another field with a minimum 360-hour IT postgraduate degree recognized by MEC).
- Mandatory Specialization: Postgraduate degree (MBA, Master's, or Doctorate) in Systems Architecture (min. 360h) OR a recognized professional certification in Architecture.
- Languages: Intermediate English (technical reading and comprehension).
- Differentiator: Knowledge of infrastructure, information security, and cloud provisioning.
