Full Stack Software Developer - Remote (ET Zone)

The Role

Join a close-knit team working across the entire stack, including PHP backend, Angular 18 frontend, MySQL database, and CI/CD pipeline. You will develop skills, share knowledge, get up to speed on our product and development process, contribute to new capabilities, reduce technical debt, foster a continuous learning culture, and participate in product development. You will have access to sales, product teams, and customers to inform product growth decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Write well-structured, readable, and maintainable code. Use systems thinking and design capabilities to build a scalable, reliable, useful, usable, and secure product. Participate in understanding and solving complex customer problems.
• Communication: Write and speak about technical and non-technical matters. Respectfully engage with colleagues and customers.
• Leadership: Mentor developers and foster continuous learning. Set expectations, prioritize work, and delegate tasks. Work with other teams to understand business context.

Qualifications:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or diploma) in Software Development or a similar technical field. 6+ years of experience in project management and product support.

Nice to Have:

• Object-oriented design and development.
• PHP 8 and Angular 18.
• Ports and Adaptors pattern.
• Domain Driven Design.
• Automated testing.
• Terraform with AWS.
• MySQL.
