The Opportunity

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen our operations and ensure the protection of our systems, data, and users. If you are passionate about cybersecurity and thrive in dynamic environments, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities and Attributions

• Analysis and Monitoring: Continuously monitor networks and systems, identifying suspicious activities, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Security Implementation: Develop and implement security policies; install and maintain firewalls, antivirus, encryption solutions, and other protection tools.
• Incident Management: Investigate security incidents, assess impacts, define corrective actions, and recovery strategies.
• Vulnerability Testing: Conduct security audits and penetration tests to ensure control effectiveness.
• Training and Awareness: Promote digital security best practices among employees.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations and standards, such as LGPD, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and SOC 2.
• Development and Support: Contribute to secure architectures and support teams in vulnerability mitigation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in languages such as Java and PHP, in addition to Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards: NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, SOC 2.
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to identify patterns and anticipate threats.
• Excellent communication skills, explaining technical subjects clearly.
• Critical thinking for effective decision-making under pressure.
