Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior WordPress Developer to join our remote team. This role involves developing and maintaining websites for international clients. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with WordPress development and related technologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of best practices and coding standards. As a senior position, leadership and mentorship of junior team members are expected.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain websites for international clients using WordPress, WooCommerce, and ACF.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to identify and implement custom features and functionality.
- Ensure high code quality and adherence to WordPress coding standards and best practices.
- Work with designers and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Stay current with WordPress updates, security patches, and third-party plugin updates.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, ACF, WordPress Codex, WordPress documentation, and PHP.
- Proven ability to develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch.
- Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote team work.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members.
