We are seeking a product-minded developer with extensive experience in Laravel, JavaScript, and AI integrations. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and stabilizing complex web applications that rely heavily on third-party APIs and Large Language Models (LLMs).

This position requires more than just coding; you will own delivery, adhere to clear SLAs, and collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams within a Kanban framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust web applications utilizing Laravel (PHP), JavaScript, and WordPress.
• Integrate and consume third-party APIs, emphasizing AI/LLM services integration.
• Design, test, and optimize AI prompts (Prompt Engineering) to ensure maximum response quality and reliability.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and schema compliance.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions and database optimization within a fast-paced agile environment.
• Actively participate in product stabilization and go-to-market delivery (including bug fixing, refinements, and cleanup).
• Ensure features meet the Definition of Done and acceptance criteria through active participation in refinement sessions.
• Deliver clean, maintainable solutions, avoiding unnecessary over-engineering.
• Effectively communicate and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate keen time management and proactive participation in team rituals.
• Implement safeguards and fallback logic to prevent incorrect or incomplete outputs from reaching end-users.

Required Skills & Experience

• B2+ English proficiency level (both written and verbal communication).
• +5 years of professional development experience using PHP and Laravel.
• +5 years of experience working with JavaScript.
• +2 years of real job experience specifically focused on AI implementation.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini, alongside advanced AI implementation expertise.
• Solid understanding of backend logic, data handling, and performance optimization considerations.
• Proven experience utilizing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong affinity for sports and performance-driven work environments.

Desired Skills

• WordPress Web Development experience.
• Front-end experience using Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for responsive UI development.
• Basic infrastructure knowledge: Linux, Nginx/Apache, and deployment processes.
