FCamara is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a client in the healthcare sector. This role is within an environment focused on high digital transformation, technological evolution, and the practical adoption of AI in daily development.

Responsibilities
- Develop, evolve, and maintain applications using PHP, Node.js, and React.
- Work on fullstack solutions, connecting backend, frontend, integrations, and business rules.
- Participate in technical and functional refinements with the team.
- Investigate problems autonomously, even with incomplete information.
- Propose technical, architectural, and productivity improvements.
- Utilize AI tools, especially Claude, to support development, code analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality, fast, and product-oriented solutions.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineering, Product, and business areas.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with fullstack development in production systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related fields.
- Solid experience in backend development with PHP.
- Frontend experience with React.
- Familiarity with Node.js.
- Proficiency in APIs, integrations, databases, and web application architecture.
- Ability to analyze legacy code, map business rules, and propose improvements.
- Adherence to best practices in versioning, code review, testing, and technical documentation.
- Practical experience using AI in software development.
- Practical experience with Claude or similar generative AI tools applied to code.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Understanding of CI/CD, deploy, rollback, logs, and production environments.
- Knowledge of containers, environment variables, and configurations.
- Openness to learn and work with new technologies as needed.
