Your Role
As a PHP Developer (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the further development and scaling of our proprietary CRM solution, the digital heart of our company for permanent hair removal.

Your Tasks
- Development and scaling of the Laravel-based CRM platform
- Backend development with PHP 8 and Laravel 12
- Design and integration of RESTful APIs
- Connection of external systems (payment, DATEV, communication, etc.)
- Database design & performance optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Development of unit tests (PHPUnit)
- Collaboration on architecture and technical decisions
- CI/CD pipelines with Docker & GitHub Actions
- Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
And best of all: You will be trained by an experienced colleague and work side-by-side with a motivated team of up to four developers.
Job Requirements
- Completed degree in the field of (media/business) informatics or comparable training or relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of PHP (8+) and Laravel (ideally Laravel 10/11/12)
- Experience in the development of web applications and backend systems
- Confident handling of MySQL and/or PostgreSQL including data modeling and performance optimization
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of external systems
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ideally Vue.js
- Experience with unit testing (e.g., PHPUnit)
- Confident handling of Git as well as understanding of CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker)
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with high quality standards (Clean Code)
- Very good German language skills as well as good English skills in technical communication
