To strengthen our Logistics Solutions Squad, we are looking for a Senior PHP Developer who wants to work in a dynamic environment with autonomy and leadership, contributing directly to the evolution of solutions that impact the efficiency and intelligence of the logistics chain of large companies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop technological solutions, ensuring functionality, maintainability, and speed through system development best practices.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business/product strategy and Corporate Architecture guidelines.
- Understand the impact of the solutions developed by the team on the end user.
- Assist the team in designing solutions with evolutionary architecture.
- Constantly investigate new technologies and ways of working, discussing adoption across the organization through debate and experimentation with Corporate Architecture.
- Collaborate on the evolution of the team's technical skills and continuous improvement efforts that impact other teams.
- Monitor the performance of products/systems for which the team is responsible.
- Stay alert to opportunities and potential problems, acting quickly and effectively to develop preventive solutions.
- Assist in mentoring junior or less senior developers.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in PHP development, HTML/CSS/JQuery, Git, Docker, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Ability to develop and implement APIs.
- Theoretical foundation, skill, and commitment to technical excellence and development best practices (DDD, TDD, distributed architecture, code design, paradigms, CI/CD pipeline, etc.).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Pragmatism in problem-solving.
