Key Responsibilities

• Assess and optimize a complex legacy PHP platform integrated with a CRM system (Sugar/Suite CRM) and a Java backend.
• Identify and resolve critical performance issues across the entire platform.
• Develop and evaluate strategic architectural upgrade proposals for long-term stability.
• Deliver advanced product enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate extensively with solution architects, product stakeholders, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence.
• Oversee the design of advanced customizations tailored for diverse client requirements.
• Contribute significantly to the planning and strategizing for the transition to a modern technology stack.
• Serve as a key liaison with external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Produce high-quality results that reflect technological leadership.
• Recommend innovative best practices for robust architectural design solutions.
• Participate in the strategic cloud services migration from AWS to Azure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of comprehensive PHP development experience.
• Advanced MySQL Expertise: Deep understanding of transactions, ACID concepts, and performance tuning for large-scale databases.
• Extensive experience with PHP-based CRM systems (e.g., SugarCRM, SuiteCRM).
• Proficiency in integrating with Java backend systems.
• Exceptional ability to synchronize efforts across cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Demonstrated experience in system migration and large-scale project strategy.
• Expert-level skills in CI/CD workflows and containerization using Docker.
• Deep knowledge of advanced caching mechanisms like Redis and Memcache.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for resolving critical performance bottlenecks.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Solid .NET experience, valuable during collaborative migration efforts.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
