Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full web application development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through production deployment, focusing on scalable and robust solutions.
- Ensure close collaboration with Product, Design, and QA teams to align deliverables with user and business requirements.
- Contribute actively to architectural decisions, technology selection, and code standardization, promoting continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding product evolution.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing technical expertise and development best practices.
- Exhibit strong ownership, autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and decision-making skills, even in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability across multiple technology stacks (Node, PHP, and React), always prioritizing software quality.
- Stay current with the latest information technology trends and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid professional experience utilizing PHP (Laravel).
- Advanced proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and system integration patterns.
- Experience with observability tools and APMs, including Prometheus and Open Telemetry.
- Knowledge of Docker, environment versioning, and cloud deployment across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.
- Proficiency in automated testing practices using Jest or PHPUnit.
- Demonstrated proactive approach and autonomous problem resolution skills.
