FCamara is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join a client in the healthcare sector. This role is within an environment focused on significant digital transformation, technological advancement, and the practical integration of AI into daily development workflows.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, evolve, and maintain applications using Node.js, React, and PHP.
- Work on comprehensive fullstack solutions, integrating backend, frontend, various integrations, and business logic.
- Actively participate in technical and functional refinement sessions with the team.
- Autonomously investigate and resolve problems, even when information is incomplete.
- Propose and implement technical, architectural, and productivity enhancements.
- Utilize AI tools, specifically Claude, to support development, code analysis, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Support the team in delivering high-quality solutions with speed and a strong product vision.
- Collaborate effectively with Tech Leads, Engineering, Product teams, and business stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fullstack development within productive systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
- Solid experience in backend development with Node.js.
- Frontend experience with React.
- Familiarity with PHP.
- Proficiency in APIs, system integrations, database management, and web application architecture.
- Ability to analyze legacy code, map business rules, and propose improvements.
- Adherence to best practices in version control, code review, testing, and technical documentation.
- Practical experience applying AI in software development.
- Practical experience with Claude or similar generative AI tools for code.
- Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts, deployment strategies, rollback procedures, logging, and managing production environments.
- Knowledge of containers, environment variables, and configuration management.
- Openness to learn and adapt to new technologies as needed.

- Background in startup, scale-up environments, or companies undergoing significant transformation.
- Experience with high-criticality systems, high-volume data, or complex digital user journeys.
- Knowledge of React Native.
